2 Things That Transformed My Workday and Mood
Today, I had such a great day! 😊
I did something that I used to do, talk about often, and recommend to others. I’ve done several brain dumps. I’ve said affirmations quite a few times too. But, TODAY, I did both! Game changer 🤸🏾♀️I also prayed too 😇
I cracked the code to mental peace LOL. But seriously it did wonders for my mental space, stress, and mood. Other activities I enjoy to start the day are exercise and meditation. I’m not a Yoga pro, at all, but have enjoyed it the times I’ve tried it. Which one is your favorite? 🙋🏽♀️
