6 of My Favorite Social Media Tools
Want to save time posting on Instagram, Pinterest, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube?
Check out 6 of my favorite tools for Social Media.
Smarterqueue
This is the platform your social media manager hopes you never learn about. It’s that powerful. It lets you re-share your content time and time again. This is good for the marketing golden rule: It takes a person seeing an ad 7-8 times to realize they’ve seen it once. In recent years it’s been updated to 10-15 times. This software is underestimated but has made a difference for me and my clients!
All in one platform that let’s you schedule content for Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Linkedin, and Pinterest.
HelloWoofy
A new player in the Social Media scheduling space, but very powerful. Arjun, the founder wanted to make social media planning accessible to all at an affordable price. At just $49/yr and for up to 25 accounts it is the bomb dot com! What sets this platform apart is that it uses AI to generate the content that resonates with your audience the most. It also has a robust hashtag research tool.
This platform lets you schedule content for Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, your blog, and YouTube. Pinterest coming soon.
Planoly
Planoly is loved by bloggers, social media managers, and entrepreneurs because it’s just so easy to use! And it’s extremely pretty. Everything has to be pretty then you’re scheduling your Instagram content.
They’ve expanded to include scheduling for Facebook and Pinterest too. My favorite thing about this program is the curated content suggestions and the resources that Planoly’s team provides each month.
Hootsuite
I have a love hate relationship with Hootsuite. As much as I didn't want to like it, I ended up falling back in love with it last year when it was my client’s software of choice. It is very easy to use. My favorite part about the platform is the streams of your posts across platforms and that you can schedule a single piece of content across separate accounts all at once.
Tailwind
Pinterest strategies and managers swear by Tailwind. You can schedule months of pins at a time. For example, you want to create hype for a Black Friday special or a new coaching program, you can schedule the pins way ahead of time.
My favorite feature is communities (formerly known as tribes). Your pins can go way further when people with way bigger audiences than yours share them. You can also get way more engagement sharing the content of bigger Pinterest accounts. It’s a win-win. Their content reaches more people and their content reaches more people. Communities is also cool, because you get to interact with people that you may have only been able to meet at a conference or in-person mastermind.
Facebook Creator Studio/Business Suite
Facebook has a FREE tool that let’s you schedule Facebook and Instagram posts directly in the app. This tool is great for people just getting started with social media planning and scheduling. It let’s you schedule posts, carousels, and videos too. You can also add captions and hashtags.
It doesn't have the bells and whistles of the other platforms like a monthly calendar view, stock images or hashtag suggestions, but I’m sure those will be coming soon.
