How to Set Up Canva Account for Your Business
So you are ready to upgrade your free Canva account to a Canva for Work account? Or, you are ready to start Canva for your business with a paid account?These simple steps take about 15 minutes to complete, but will save you tons of time later when you are designing your business's content.Go to Canva.com.Sign up with Facebook, Google or another e-mail address.Click on "Team Members". This is where you can add members to your team. This step is completely optional.Click on "Your brand" This is where you can create your very own brand kit! You can add your own brand colors, fonts and logos.To upload logos you would choose the "+" sign in that section and upload the PNG or .JPG file(s) from your computer. It will then appear in the logo section like below. To add fonts to your brand kit you click "Upload new font". Then you choose the OpenType or TrueType font file on your computer. You say that you have rights to use it and then it will show up in a list like below.Once you have your files uploaded you can choose which ones you would like to use as the header, sub-headings and body text in your designs.To make sure your brand kit is how you like click "Create a Design". Choose whichever design you would like to make first.Pick a layout. Then click on part of the design that you would like to change. A box should appear with the current color in it. Click that box and your brand's color palette will appear in the Brand Colors section.Click on the text of the design that you would like to change. A box should appear with the current font in it.
